Shanling AE10 features ten balanced armature drivers with six-way crossover in carbon fiber shell that provides nice sound quality.

Exquisite Design:
The AE10 cavity is made of VRTM ( Vacuum Resin Molding ) process, the shell is covered with carbon fiber, with black as the overall tone to highlight the sense of layering. The whole cavity is embellished with glitter powder made of electroplating process, like the stars twinkling in the night sky. It is light, the single earbud weighs only 5.3g.
Six-way Crossover:
The AE10 is equipped with a fourth-order LRC to ensure Six-way Crossover, reduce the interference of sound waves to make the sound clearer, better timbre and more layered, optimize the overall performance of the sound, and deliver a more comfortable and wide sound.
Ten Balanced Armature Drivers:
4 acoustic armature low-frequency units: 2 acoustic arcades with excellent sound response and clarity, creating a solid and full low frequency, like a deep valley in the low frequency, the performance is warm and silky, smooth and natural.
4 Shanling Customized Armature Drivers: The AE10 mid-low frequency and mid-frequency units are equipped with 3 customized armature units, making the AE10 vocal performance extremely brilliant.
2 Knowles Drivers: 2 Knowles high-frequency dynamic drivers, which make the high frequencies have higher clarity and rich layers, and abundant overtones, the sound is bright but not stimulating.
Dual Switch Four Sound Mode:
AE10 is equipped with precision dual electronic switches, namely a low-frequency switch and a high-frequency switches, each switch has two levels to choose from, a total of four modes of combination, diversified positioning, so that you can enjoy the carnival in the respective music world.
Universal 0.78-2pin Changeable Cable:
AE10 cable is made of 8-strand 18-core monocrystalline copper wire, which uses a coaxial structure double-layer conductor inside the wire, which can effectively shield the signal interference from the outside world, and is coated with an imported antibacterial nano coating to make the surface of the wire more crystal clear and improve its antibacterial properties.

Shipping address
Please make sure that you have provided the correct and current address for shipping and delivery. You may use P.O. boxes as your shipping address. But certain items can only be delivered to physical addresses. Large products, valuables, perishables, products with age-based restrictions, or items shipped via private carriers may require a physical mailing address or signature confirmation to be successfully delivered. Items cannot be delivered to security-restricted areas such as military bases.
Shipping time and cost
1) After an order has been successfully paid and confirmed, you will see the estimated delivery time and cost for shipping on your order confirmation page. You will also receive an order confirmation message that will outline the estimated processing time for your order.
2) The warehouse may take 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a message once your order has been shipped.
3) You'll receive a shipment notification message that will provide you with the estimated delivery time for each package once it is shipped. We will also provide you the tracking number when it is ready. You can view this estimated delivery time under each package in your order history at the same time.
4) In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time of delivery. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most up to date delivery date.
Issues regarding delivery
If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service immediately and within 30 days of the order date.
