Connectivity
The Scale S400 Pro is equipped with WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity which can be used to connect and synchronize the data with the companion app and also to store the user’s data in the cloud.
The scale supports connectivity with the Xiaomi Home app and lets users customize different settings including the brightness of the screen conveniently from the app. Additionally, users can access health data at any time, track body changes, and receive guidance for healthy weight loss.
Long Battery Life
The Scale S400 Pro is powered by 4 AA batteries which reportedly offer a battery life of 150 days if used three times a day.
Accurate Algorithm
The S400 Pro uses 50kHz and 250kHz high and low dual-frequency bioimpedance measurement technology to measure the impedance values of intracellular and extracellular fluids respectively and accurately detect relevant data such as fat mass, body fat percentage, etc. The correlation with the gold standard DEXA can reach above 0.932.

Issues regarding delivery
If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service immediately and within 30 days of the order date.
